We have a great opportunity for you to join our team as a Fostercare and Kinship Specialist (FKS)! As an FKS, you will have the opportunity to license foster, certify adoptive families and/or complete assessment home studies for DCS referred families. You will also get to work with foster families and foster children. You will have an assigned case load of foster families to monitor and check in on. Additionally, our FKS staff write home assessments including foster care studies and adoption certifications for families.
Travel required - this position supports families in and around Maricopa County (mileage reimbursement provided).

We offer an additional $1/hr on hours worked for hires that are bilingual in Spanish/English!

In the role of Employee Learning & Development Coordinator you will assist in developing and delivering training related materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources. You will get the opportunity to be a confident adult-learning focused educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources needed to improve employee performance. All work in this role will be created and delivered with a Trauma-Informed Care perspective.


As a Fostercare and Kinship Specialist, you will have the opportunity to complete assessment home studies and provide courtesy supervision for DCS and out-of-state referred families, as well as license and certify families as needed in and around Pinal County. You will provide assessment and supportive services to children and families served by the Department of Child Safety. *Additional $1/hr offered on hours worked for Bilingual Candidates (Spanish/English)

You will provide assessment and supportive services to children and families served by the Department of Child Safety.

*This position will require driving to support families near and in Gila County.
