As a Navigator with Arizona's Children Association, you will have the opportunity to assist young adults in the transition from foster care to an independent, sustainable living environment. This will include assisting in connecting them to personal and community resources, supporting in the enhancement of informal support networks, and assisting in life skills development.

This person will support youth in and around central and eastern Maricopa County as well as Pinal County. There will be driving required for this role, both with and without youth in vehicle - mileage reimbursement provided.

Pay range: $19.00 / hour - $23.25 / hour. This position is hourly/non-exempt.


Parent Educators utilize evidence-informed and evidence-based program models to teach healthy parenting techniques to caregivers, expecting parents and families with children 0-5. Parent Educators are responsible for the scheduling, promotion, intake, assessment, preparation, service delivery, resource & referral and evaluation of the parenting program offered. Delivery methods can range from comprehensive home visitation program and/or group workshop settings in the community. Funding for these roles are dependent on continued grant funding.

Child Development and/or Social Services experience preferred! Working with children 0-5 required!

  • Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or High School Diploma

The Senior Major Gifts Officer is a frontline fundraiser responsible for building and managing a portfolio of individual major donors and prospects with a focus on gifts of $1,000 and above. This role is Arizona’s Children Association’s primary relationship manager for high-capacity individual donors, moving them through a structured and personal cultivation and solicitation process.

This is a builder role. AzCA’s individual major giving program is in its early stages, and this person will help shape it from the ground up. The right candidate brings initiative, relationship instincts and a genuine belief in the power of child welfare to change lives. This position reports to the Chief Development Officer.

This role is designed to grow. High performers who build a strong individual donor portfolio, launch the Leadership Giving Society, and demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional fundraising strategies will be considered for advancement into a Major Gifts Director role.

Salary Range: $65,000.00-$75,000.00
