Position Summary:

The Quality Improvement and Compliance Senior Manager (QICSM is responsible for leading Arizona’s Children Association’s quality improvement, compliance, and risk management initiatives to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance. This role reports to the Chief Operations Officer and develops, implements, and oversees the agency's Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) Plan, Corporate Compliance Plan, and Risk Management Plan while promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement across the organization. For the purpose of organizational independence, this position also has a direct line to the Governance Committee of the Board as needed.

The QICSM provides centralized oversight, analysis, and reporting of quality, compliance, and performance data to agency leadership and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures, federal and state regulations, contractual requirements, and accreditation standards. This position coordinates all licensing and accreditation activities and serves as the primary resource for statewide staff on compliance, licensing, accreditation, PQI initiatives, case review processes, and contract deliverables.

In addition, the QICSM supervises staff responsible for monitoring and reporting program outcomes to ensure compliance with contract and grant requirements. The position also serves as the agency's HIPAA Privacy Officer, overseeing privacy compliance, translation and language access services, and data validation processes to support accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery.

Annual Salary: $65,000.00-$75,000.00

Parent Educators utilize evidence-informed and evidence-based program models to teach healthy parenting techniques to caregivers, expecting parents and families with children 0-5. Parent Educators are responsible for the scheduling, promotion, intake, assessment, preparation, service delivery, resource & referral and evaluation of the parenting program offered. Delivery methods can range from comprehensive home visitation program and/or group workshop settings in the community. Funding for these roles are dependent on continued grant funding.

Child Development and/or Social Services experience preferred! Working with children 0-5 required!

Pay range: $19.00 / hour - $23.25 / hour. This position is hourly/non-exempt.

Responsible for clinical evaluation and assessment of clients and their family's situation. Provide individual, family and/or group therapy, in the client's home, in other community settings or at the agency depending on the needs of the family. Responsible for maintaining clinical files and completing required progress reports. Work and cooperate with internal clinical team, school programs, referral agencies and other outside resources.

Salary Range: $54,184.00 - $72,082.00 annually

As a Fostercare and Kinship Specialist, you will have the opportunity to complete assessment home studies and provide courtesy supervision for DCS and out-of-state referred families, as well as license and certify families as needed in and around your assigned counties. You will provide assessment and supportive services to children and families served by the Department of Child Safety.

*This position will require travel to support families near and in the county of Yavapai. Mileage reimbursement provided.

When you are not on the road or with clients, your home is considered your office. Candidates can live in/around any of the listed counties.

The Kinship Navigator works with kinship caregivers to provide a range of services and promote kinship care initiatives. This position is responsible for working with the KARE Program (specialized population) and its kinship caregivers, groups, organizations, and institutions to increase kinship awareness, involvement in development of kinship resources, system navigation and development processes, and work with stakeholders for the betterment of kinship care.

Pay Range: $18.13-$23.25 hourly
